Connect Zoho Books
An administrator must configure and enable the Zoho Books OAuth application. In Settings > Integrations, select Zoho Books, choose the correct data center, then authorize Zoho and the intended organization.
The connector can list or get allowed resources and create or update an allowed record. Writes require approval in chat.

Use Zoho Books to list draft estimates for this customer. Prepare an updated expiry date and ask before saving it.
Verify and recover
List a known customer and invoice. In a test organization, create and update a disposable estimate, confirm it in Zoho Books, then delete or void it there.
If authorization fails, check the selected data center and OAuth client domain. Disconnecting Swarmz does not remove records already created in Zoho Books.
