QuickBooks Online
Read and manage core QuickBooks accounting records
Connect QuickBooks Online to work with customers, vendors, items, accounts, invoices, bills, payments, purchases, and company information.
Connect QuickBooks Online
An administrator must configure and enable the Intuit OAuth application. In Settings > Integrations, select QuickBooks Online, choose the required read or write access, then authorize the correct company.
Available operations query and read allowed entities, create or update an allowed record, and read company information.
Example prompt:
Use QuickBooks to list overdue invoices for this customer. Draft the payment record, but ask before creating it.
Verify and recover
Read company information, query one known customer, then create and update a disposable customer or invoice in a QuickBooks sandbox. Remove or void the test record according to accounting policy.
If the company is wrong or the token expires, reconnect and choose the intended company. Disconnecting Swarmz does not remove accounting records created through the connection.
