Granola
Read processed meeting notes, summaries, transcripts, attendees, and folders
The shared Granola connector gives a project read-only access to meeting context allowed by one Granola API key. Use the separate personal AI connector when only your own chat session needs Granola context.
Connect Granola
Granola API keys require a supported Business or Enterprise plan. In the Granola desktop app, open Settings > Connectors > API keys and create a personal or enterprise key. Then open Settings > Integrations in Swarmz, select Granola, and add the key.
Available operations are list_notes, get_note, and list_folders. The connector cannot create, edit, or delete Granola notes.
Example prompt:
Use Granola to list last week's customer meetings, read each summary, and build a follow-up board from the stated actions.
Verify and recover
List ten notes, open one known note with its transcript, then list folders. Granola returns only processed notes that the key can access.
If a note is missing, check that processing is complete and that the key owner can access it. Revoke an exposed key in Granola before replacing the Swarmz connection. Removing the connection does not change or delete meeting notes.
