Connect Microsoft PowerPoint when a project needs complete .pptx files from OneDrive. Swarmz can list, download, and replace a presentation; it cannot edit slides, shapes, speaker notes, or themes semantically.

Connect Microsoft PowerPoint
An administrator first configures Microsoft OAuth application and enables Microsoft PowerPoint under Admin > Settings > Integrations.
Use this connector when the app already produces or consumes a complete presentation file. Examples:
- “List PowerPoint files in our shared OneDrive and offer a download.”
- “Replace a generated quarterly deck only after an administrator approves it.”
Choose Connect new, approve file read or manage access, then select Continue. For published app users, enter the final HTTPS app origin before authorizing Microsoft.
Verify Microsoft PowerPoint
- Put a disposable
.pptxunder 750 KiB in the connected OneDrive. - List presentations and confirm its name.
- Download it and open the file in PowerPoint.
- If replacement is required, upload a valid test
.pptx, open it, then restore the original file.
upload_presentation replaces the complete file and can overwrite concurrent edits. Keep the original bytes before the write. Use a presentation-generation service in the generated app when the requirement is to add or edit individual slides.
