Granola for personal AI
Use your own meeting notes and transcripts as build context
Connect Granola as a personal AI connector when the agent needs your meeting notes, decisions, action items, or transcripts while building. This differs from the shared Granola app connector, which gives a project runtime read access through an API key.
Connect Granola
An administrator must enable Granola under personal AI connectors. In Settings > Integrations, select Granola and complete browser authorization. Each person connects their own Granola account.
Example prompt:
Use my Granola meetings to find the navigation decisions from yesterday's client review and apply only those agreed changes.
Verify and remove
Ask which Granola account is connected, then fetch one known meeting and its action items. Available notes depend on the Granola plan, active workspace, and sharing permissions.
Reconnect if the wrong account or workspace is active. Removing the connection deletes Swarmz's stored OAuth grant; it does not remove meeting notes.
