Connect Attention when an app needs bounded access to sales conversations, transcripts, scorecards, and conversation intelligence.
Connect Attention
Create an Attention API key with the minimum required access. In Settings > Integrations, select Attention, enter the key, and name the connection.
The connector can list and read conversations, ask a semantic question across selected conversations, list scorecards, update or archive a conversation, and create a scorecard result.
Example prompt:
Use Attention to find the five most recent renewal calls, summarize the objections, and show the source conversation for each point.
The AI asks for approval before updating, archiving, or adding a scorecard result.
Verify and recover
List a small page of conversations, open a known transcript, and ask one narrow question. For writes, change a disposable label and restore it afterward.
If a transcript is missing, confirm that Attention finished processing the call and the key can access its workspace. Rotate an exposed key in Attention, then update the connection.
